c) Caleb arrived last night, at some point before midnight, and is currently upstairs asleep. Still. I totally don't blame him, as he and his dad basically drove nonstop from LA to here, but at the same time I wish he would wake up and do his Morning Things (caffeine, cigarette, that sort of stuff) because the sooner he wakes up, the sooner we can go off where it's just the two of us and his cell phone. I love his family, I do, but dammit, I've missed him and want to spend an hour or two without them.

d) Speaking of cell phones, my lovely sable-furred cat, the number for his is in your email, since calling Dixon Household has proved repeatedly frustrating.

e) ...and you... I haven't heard from you in what, a week? *twitches again* I worry, and I know exactly how pointless emailing is, and really I know this is pretty pointless too but I can at least hope. Please, update? At least enough to let me know you're still alive?

f) I would like to repeat my previous statements regarding the evilness and unfairness of periods, the ouch of cramps, and my overwhelming desire to, at least briefly, either stop being female or be given a 24/7 morphine drip for about three days out of the month. Ow.
