I came out of it quicker, it wasn't so hard to handle, I kept myself as calm as I could and I don't think I hit more than one of the ambulance guys. That said, I would like to announce to the universe that I am sick and tired of this. While I was at the ER they ran a blood test to see how much dylantin (the anti-seizure medication) was in my system. They found none. NONE. I've got witneses to the fact that I at LEAST get one dose a day. I take it at night with the mamtryp, I take it again in the morning with the celexa. I don't always remember the middle dose but even without, that's what, 400mg of the stuff. And unfortunately, the ER doctors decided to give me a blast of the stuff through an IV drip, My entire arm is throbbing, has been since I woke up. This is so very NOT happy. I've tested - I can't walk a straight line for more than a minute or two, climbing over anything is pretty much certain to leave me on the floor wincing, my vision keeps trying to unfocus itself - and I can safely say that this one fucked me over royally. Ehh. Time to go pester the government now. Four seizures as spaced as these are? Now I literally CAN'T work. There's not a job on the market that wants a staff member that heads off to the ER once a month. So yeah. It's 8:30-ish over here. Ryan and Becca are still sleeping, I'm updating this and then hopping onto altme or something, try to remind myself that I'm alive. I'm never quite sure after one of thes... Too many sci-fi, close-encounter and sudden death flicks to be sure I'm going to be ok if I wake up in a hospital. *pads off carefully, eyes on the ground in front of her paws*
