I don't know what or how but somehow my back got tweaked to a ridiculous degree; I'm fuzzed, baked, advil-ed up, and still I hurt so much it's hard not to cry. We - Cate and I - are going to the pool; hopefully the weightlessness will let my back relax enough to ease the pain a bit. Ohhh gods this hurts. I'm not sure I'll be able to make it to ROcky, even. Ow ow owowow...
