For more semantic fun, practice this with common terms like "Food and Drug Administration" or "Microsoft Office" (and then ask yourself who you want administering food and drugs to you, and who REALLY owns your business.)" Painkillers (only over-the-counter ones), Grape Jolt, a bowl of cereal, a functional (at the moment) computer, a full night of restful sleep, no cravings for pancakes or pizza... heh, 's a GOOD day at the moment. I've been trying to chase down two books. I don't know name or author but I'll post what I know of 'em here and maybe someone will wander through. The first is a sci-fi book involving a rather paranoid and overprotective camera man, robots, a planet with invisible things, a planet with weird tree-animal symbiotes, a planet run entirely by machines... I think the cover involves Mars but I'm not sure. The only time I've found it, it was a small (thick but not high and not wide) red hardcover book. The second is something of a dimention-travelling book involving the Wandering Jew, demons, a battlefield, and the discovery that we're all just pawns in some weird something-or-other-that-I-don't-remembers' game. The book I found it in only comes to mind as either a white book with a pink building of some sort on the cover or a pink cover with a white building. *blinks* You can see why I'm having trouble finding them.
