You know, it's INFINITELY easier to make OHP approve your paperwork quickly and without hassle if you're pregnant. I'm so damned used to getting my papers only because I am pregnant or near-death-sick... trying to do it while healthy feels... wrong. As if I'm cheating the government or something. Which is really nuts - I HATE the government, what the hell is up with this guilt?

Bah. I'll find a way to get rid of it.

It's almost 4:00... I'm betting that kadin, who is over at Grr's house again today, is wondering where I am and if I am going to show up at all. Poor boy.

It's not looking likely, you see... all that is really going on is this: me at home, working on paperwork, trying to avoid pissing off Deb (she's hosting a bridal shower TOMORROW so she's a bit stressed), trying to cheer up Caleb... and dreaming about being elsewhere. Having money. Having a healthy body. All that great fantasy stuff.

You know, I've had better days. But then, I've had worse ones too. Eh. It balances out. Still, I wish that I had Kadin HERE right now. He's a very pleasant distraction, and he might not be here much longer. *sigh*
