Queasy, with the constant sensation of choking on something icky.

Slightly swollen legs.

Distinctly fucked-up vision, including tracers, brown-outs, and flashes.

Complete lack of temperature sense.

Frequent painful urination - once every hour, if not more often.

Sensation of things 'shifting' inside in the general area of my stomach, left kidney, and left flank.

Face, including eyes and lymph nodes, feels swollen.

...any guesses? 'Cause I've been looking this up, all fucking night, and the only thing that really comes close is either a) a bladder infection, and I've been taking my antibiotics for that... or b) total kidney failure in progress.
