The more people who are on the damned thing, the more I'll use it - and no, it doesn't get used every time I make an entry. I'd go nuts. YOU would go nuts.

It gets used when an entry-of-importance, when something time-critical, or when something that I don't exactly feel like publishing comes around.

It gets used when I want to say something, and am not sure that I like the idea of it in white text.

It gets used when I've just done six updates in as many minutes.

It gets used when I remember.
