But I've got to get this the hell out of my head and writing it down is still the best way I know to do that.

And yes, you're free to ignore them, as you are free to ignore any entries here. These ones in particular though, if you want to gloss them over, pass them by, I'll understand.

Because it's never really NICE to watch someone else going mad, is it? There's always that little voice in your head pointing out that it could happen to you...

...or, if you're me, several voices.
