Haven't slept tonight... I got a bit of sleep earlier today and although now I prob'ly could sleep on my own, up until about two hours ago I was wide awake, or close enough that sleep without pills wouldn't have been likely... and since today is the Highland Games, starting at f'ing 8:30 in the morning, taking sleeping pills would guarantee that I'd miss it.

Admittedly, even as it is, I may miss it - I'm finally tired.

And sobbing, quietly because people are waking up, the front of my dress is wet enough that it's sticking to my skin. Pathetic, Jax. You should know better than to even try to analyze your life or your needs when you're tired, it only leads to trouble (*audience chimes in* ...and seat wetting... - sorry, had to)

Argh. Oregon weather is insane. First it was so hot I could barely breathe... and now it's cold enough that my fingers are numb. Bah. And apparently a small plane just landed in the field next door...? Odd.

Tired. Argh. I wasn't tired, couldn't sleep... and now that it's finally time for me to be UP, suddenly I can't stop yawning and want to go to bed. Argh argh argh. This sucks.

I missed the Highland Games last year, and really wanted to go this year... for anyone curious as to WHY, think cute buff men in kilts and not much else, heaving big heavy things around. MUCH amusement. *grins*

But Crucible (our live-action vampire game) is tonight, and as my choice is one-or-the-other, and as going to Crucible means I'll get some sleep... yeah. Still trying to decide.

Did I mention that tiredness and depression do not a cheerful, perky Jax make?
