For those of you who've actually wandered through my story site and read Part 1 and Part 2 of Jedite's story, you'll be thrilled (I hope) to know that Part 3 is finally being written. It's likely to take a few weeks, but I'm determined to write a bit on this every day until it's done. I really like where the poor boy has ended up... it's a pleasure, watching him get what's coming to him. *grin*

In other news... dammit, I want to talk to a Kadin! Gotta find a good way to do that.

Finished the worst of my Christmas shopping - IE people actually present and accounted for who I would feel very silly if I didn't have gifts for - and on Wednesday, after Christmas, I'm going down to the Financial Aid offices at Mount Hood and at OSU and possibly even PSU. See, if I get enough financial aid, then I'll be able to either live in a dorm or cover the bills here, plus actually get my Batchelor's degree! *bounces*

I spent a large portion of last night teasing him with the possibility that I had somehow compromised him via my journal... wanted him to beg to know, but darn it, he decided he trusts me. *shrugs* Which is just as good... I don't share anything that would actually lead anyone to know who he is unless they already knew Mistress K and knew him through her - in which case he's just screwed. *smirk*

Talked for quite a while with Rhett, too... which was wonderful help in getting the story where I needed it to go. He is an excellent critiquer, and I'm really glad that I've had his help.

*bats at Kadin* Now if I could just get ahold of my boy...

Debating a lot of things... one of them is the possibility of re-writing Raven's Story when I get done with Part 3, and trying for a Part 4... then putting those along with the rest of my finished stuff on a CD instead of up online.

*shrugs*

Gotta start somewhere... and right now, there's not a publishing house in the world that would really want what I write.

Now if I could just find it in me to write a good Young Adult novel, I might have something... *thinks*
