What happened to the handout that shows the desktop etc? Where did that go?

What happened to the rest of the handouts that I remember? Thrown out? Why? What replaces them?

Gerp... we've already got week one and week two condensed into one week! Decide what week two will be, 'cos it's obviously not the thing we've already set up.
