...so yeah, when someone I care about DOES update regularly, I notice when they've been gone for days. It's good to see her post; true, the odds are good she's ok when she's offline to some extent, but it's Israel. I'm always a little bit worried that one day she'll log off and just won't log back on and I'll find out months later that the city she was in was bombed or something.

I've made up pretty pictures for Christmas cards this year, although with my luck either I won't get the cards printed or I will but I'll forget to mail them or I'll even manage to mail them but for some reason they'll get lost in the post office. *twitch* I swear, the post office has it in for me. They dun' like giving me mail, or letting mail from me go anywhere.

Th' hamsters are all doing fairly well, Kaa is sleepin'... so is Cate, actually. I'm going to be calling my doctor in roughly half an hour, then going to sleep if I can, and if I can't, staying up and watching cheesy movies or something.

Heh...

...I'm going to feel sad when the first snow falls. Fond memories.

It's November; snow won't get here for a while, but right now the sunlight is shining through the curtains just right and the temperature of the condo is just low enough that I half expect to stick my head out the door and see nothing but white.

Mm, need to remember to pick up more squash when we go shopping next. Squash, sweet potatoes, cabbage, carrots, and some good breakfast sausage. *nod*

I feel strangely optimistic this morning.
