So at the moment I'm waiting for the damned painkillers to actually kick in - now that I've been up and around a bit my left kidney is starting to attack my intestines with the aid of my bladder and my right leg. My jaw would be helping but the right side of it is being viciously poked by various portions of my brain. Err... yeah.
