Ok, no, it's not my legal name. It was given to me by four friends, two books, and a small orange cat, and it fits me better than my legal name. I intend to change it.

I'm a Capricorn Goat, which makes me generally one hell of a stubborn femme who will try anything once if it sounds amusing enough... but you knew that.

What I Do: Teach, tech support, web design.

Done all three, doing all three, something like that. Mostly, I do whatever will pay me without requiring hours and hours of daytime work. I do NOT like to work, I'd much rather do fun things and get paid for it (thus the web design job).

I keep pets... human ones. People who are more than friends, more than playmates. People who seriously matter to me in one way or another, toward whom I feel posessive, people I want to take care of and help out. People that I worry about. People that I care about. Yes, it's BDSM-related, generally, but... it really IS more than just that. More than just games. Particularly with Kadin and Elru. *grins*

Favorite Book: "The Long Run", by Daniel Keys Moran

An amazing, although very hard to find, author. I also recommend "Snow Crash" by Neil Stephenson, "Bridge Of Birds" by Barry Hughart (I think), and "Cat Scratch Fever" by Tanya Huff.

In addition to this rather confusing and polyamorous state of affairs, I am also falling hard and falling fast for a fellow Furc fan named Alex... a name which draws more than a few echoes from a sordid and highly deranged past. I flirt incessantly, am still friends with most of my exes, and at least one of them *waves to Rhett* still sends me for a backspin every now and then with the utter deliciousness of his insanity.

Why I Have An Online Diary: Simple - I'm a computer addict.

The meat of the matter is that I write a lot, but I do it all on the computer. I'm a fast typist, and an even faster thinker when I'm ranting... writing stuff freehand, on actual paper *shudder*, is just not fast enough. When I type I can keep up with myself, usually. Also, I have a hard time talking about a lot of things, and an even harder time remembering to communicate effectively and often with my friends and partners. Having an online journal where I record what's going on in my life, how I'm feeling, what I'm worrying about... it helps me get it out, and it helps them understand me. It's a way for me to get across all the things my treacherous and unweildy tongue refuses to say.

I often use several names for the same person, some are nicknames, etc. I finally set up a 'who is who' list, and I intend to update it whenever I remember. When I do my next graphics change, I'll add a link button straight to it, one to this profile as well. *grins*
