Dammit, What Now?

"Everyone suffers from some kind of psychosis - normality is just whichever psychosis is most prevalent."
Taken from this comic.

Dammit, I'm still cramping. It certainly feels like period cramps but since I'm not bleeding, I'm a bit confused as to why it's here. I had my last one just before Caleb came up, and the next one should be starting any day now. When the pain first kicked in (two days ago) I thought maybe it's just coincidence, or trouble in stomach and intestines, or maybe I just pulled a muscle somehow.

As it's been going on for three days now I am becoming quite disturbed, and VERY glad that I'll be seeing the doctor soon. Since yesterday evening I've been over-medicating slightly with the anti-depressant, enough to knock me out 2-3 times during the course of a day. I know that this isn't a good idea.

I also know that when any physical pain seems to hurt MORE than a bladder infection or a kidney stone rattling around, it's Not A Good Sign and I will have to get myself to a clinic/hospital/whatever as soon as I can. Obviously, tonight isn't an option for that... but this is getting downright annoying.

It's centered enough that I don't think it's anything wrong with my ovaries, the random stabbing side pain is more-or-less in the area where my kidney stones usually hurt, and I can still technically function if I've gotten a good 6-8 hours of sleep before I get up; it takes around 2-3 hours for it to start hurting again when I wake up.

And yeah, it's frustrating.

Not to mention the fact that I am here, curled up and hurting, instead of at Pirate Gathering.

Very much with the sucking.
