This is SO not right.

First off, the not-peeing-thing is apparently one of the side effects of amatryptoline (which I suspect I have once again spelled wrong) that no one warned me about. See, I knew it gave me dry-mouth... it's just that apparently it dries other areas. Specifically the urethra, that nifty little channel between my bladder and the outside. That dries, it sticks to itself and is literally ripping itself apart each time I manage to pee, thus the pain.

...and medication?

Well. There's a story.

See, for a while now (as in, less than a month) I've been having problems getting my scripts filled at Walgreens. A lot of different things for the most part, but one very consistant thing here: OHP, for whatever reason, first paid for only a few of my scripts at Walgreens, then for none of them, then said that it was the wrong pharmacy and to go to one covered by my health plan.

Keep in mind that roughly 6 months ago I was told that Kaiser no longer worked with OHP.

So, with that in mind, can ya guess WHICH set of pharmacies I'm supposed to go to?

Yep.

Kaiser.

This is so very frustrating.

Anyway, I'm going for 4-ish days without the anti-depression pain-reducing sleep aid pills, and at the end of four days if the not-able-to-pee issue has cleared up, we'll know what it is. If not...

...well, if not, the 14th is when my vicoprofin gets renewed, and within a week of that I have another dr. appointment and an appointment to see a urologist.

This should work out.
