I have a full tummy, a cold soda, and I need to call Nick but I'm being lazy and actually pretty stupid about it and not calling him yet. In a few hours Kadin will call - gonna be offline for that, hopefully.

I'm interested in a few things... one of them is watching her spiral... because it feels so very familiar. I can see the creatures lurking at the edges of her vision, and they are the same fears and hopes that seem to tangle with the shadows in mine... it's astonishing. I don't get to see this often, you understand. Most people I know are, compared to my level of kook, surprisingly normal. *wry grin*

It makes me happy to know that my boys miss me, because I miss them. Misery really does love company. And my ego loves the fact that these precious creatures who I care for and about, the ones who make waking up in the morning worth doing, care for and about me in return. It's a shared thing, which is good, yes?

Oh, and I'm still damned smug about my review. I might even make the images do something else, just because. I can be cooperative sometimes.

I know I had something important to say, and I've been babbling on for a while now, hoping that I will somehow magically type whatever it is when my mind isn't paying attention, but nothing useful is jumping out of my fingers... oh, other than the odd dream wherein I met the count of monte cristo and we fucked like bunnies in front of the entire royal court and harem and the cast of the local airshow... err... it was an odd dream. I think I'll go now.
