It's nearly 9:00 am, and I've been up since 7:00 am, 'cause today is Tuesday. How does that matter, you ask? See, Tuesdays and Thursdays I babysit Emmy now. Admittedly, this Thursday I will not be, but that's because *poing* this Thursday is when the procedure happens!

I have a pre-op appointment on Wednesday at 3:30 pm, and at that time I will get to schedule the Thursday appointment. Hopefully it'll be fairly early so I don't have to go All F'ing Day without eating. *shudders*

Anyway, Emmy is still sound asleep and has been since before I got up. The living room has three people asleep in it, and the DVD for "A Knight's Tale" is sitting in the PS2. Yes, it's already played through once, and no, I have NO interest in watching it again... and because people are asleep I'm a bit hesitant to try putting in something else.

The specific something else would be a present from my mom: a copy of "Newsies". Yes, I like the flick. Yes, I want to see "Gangs Of New York" or whatever it's called. Yes, I am mildly obsessive...

...and yes, I have a headache, stomach ache, sore throat, sore side, and am damned tired. Last night was not a good one healthwise after about 10:00 pm.

I'm only going to be online for a little while - once the monster wakes, I'll be trying to keep an eye on her and I know I won't have much luck if I'm out cold or glued to a screen - thus my staying awake. Gah.

Need to give Deb a ring soon.

Need to do a LOT of things.

Including get a good night's sleep. That would be nice.

Ehh... Micah gets home at 1:00 and I can crash until 5:00 then - four more hours of sleep should make a nice difference in my mood.
